Players Section

Technical:

As a football-focused company, TacTeq Football understands the importance of developing players who possess the skills and knowledge to excel in the game. Our unique training philosophy is based on the Ball, Body, and Motion concept, which is designed to help players adapt their movements to suit the sport of football. By providing players with specific exercises that are categorized according to the developmental phase and designated playing area, we aim to create technically gifted individuals who can execute their skills with ease and efficiency during the game. At TacTeq Football, we believe that players are the heart of the game, and we are committed to helping them achieve their full potential.

Tactical:

In addition to technical training, we also provide tactical training, where players are introduced to positional-specific roles and principles needed to succeed in their function within the team. We offer insight to assist players in their overall understanding through all phases and formats of the game to ensure continuity in their development.

Physical:

We also believe that the physical element is crucial to the game, and our training philosophy is largely based on developing players to move in naturally coordinated ways that allow for the technical and athletic components of football to take place efficiently and effectively within the game. We provide players with a range of coordination, balance, and rhythmical exercises, while also training agility, speed, and quickness with and without the ball. We monitor, improve, and develop football strength and conditioning aspects using high-level professionals to set individual or team-orientated training programs.

Phycological:

Lastly, we also believe in the importance of psychological development and aim to maintain weekly contact with players, coaches, and Club Technical Directors to provide general feedback. Using this information, we create online mentoring classes for individuals, player groups, and coaches with professional leaders in sports psychology. By focusing on all these aspects, we aim to create players who are technically gifted, football-intelligent, interesting personalities, with good physical and mental speed.
